These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of everpreme.com (the "Site") and any products, content, or services offered by EverPreme ("EverPreme", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from the Site. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Products and Health Disclaimer

EverPreme sells wellness and supplement products, including Shilajit resin and herbal supplement formulations. These statements have not been evaluated by the UK Food Standards Agency, the MHRA, or any equivalent regulatory body, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products are food supplements and are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any pre-existing medical condition. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if adverse reactions occur.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods made available on the Site.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain consumable products may not be eligible for return once opened, except where required by law.
